please advice reg filing 485

i am a regular visitor/reader of this site especially 485 discussions. I am planning to file my 485 in a couple of days. I would like your input or thoughts and advice as to whether filing for ead and ap along with the 485 package itself, might speed up getting the receipt due to the current mail room situation in vermont. please advice.

If you are planning to get an EAD & AP, bet time do it is when you file 485 according to me! But then you MIGHT have to renew it once before your 485 is approved unless ofcourse INS improves its act and processes your 485 within a year!
