My I-140 is approved. On I-140 it states that my labor is from chicago.

My question is...

>Does the location from where one is working matter?I mean can one work anywhere in USA or

>Does it help to work in Chicago area if that is mentioned on I-140?

>How does it help,if at all?

Thanks

Not sure what you're getting at.
A 140 by itself is meaningless, unless it's a part of the 485 app later.
Do you have a pending 485 and are trying to use AC-21?

Nj

At this point I do not plan to use AC-21.

My 140 is approved and 485 is pending over six months now.

My question is that,if the labor states that the benefiaciary's job location is chicago, does it make more sense to work in chicago or can one work in any part of USA?

All Employment Based GC-s are for a future job. The location of the future job is in Chicago. On using AC21 the locational constraint get redefined.
