Please advice on EAD/Parole

Friends,
I am on EAD and Advanced Parole, EAD is about to expire in June end and AP in May. I was wondering if I can apply both of them now . I usually used to do it right before 90 days. I dont know if we can apply it well in advance or have to wait till 90 days. I have trips scheduled to India both business/work related and personal starting in March. Please advice if its ok to apply now and get those FP and digital photos stuff taken care of. :confused:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The new fee will be $340, for EAD and $305, for AP. They will approve around the date it expires.

What the ......? Them people want to suck every ounce of blood before they even consider giving GC. And they give just one year validity after all the drama. No affense meant, but what good shape are we in compared to illegal immigs when it comes to GC.

That’s why people should send your comments and complain to the Congress about the huge fees increase unless the USCIS can issue at least 2 years AP and EAD. It does not make sense they charge you $305 AP and $340 EAD under the current condition they actually cannot process your I-485 within one year and you may have to renew your EAD and AP year by year. Count your family member and calculate how much you will have to contribute to the USCIS every year just because the USCIS can’t meet their 6 month processing time goal. Your financial burden will be increased greatly if you keep silence.
