I have the same Issue mr.Ahmer123 gone thruogh.
I am trying to reach MR.Ahmer123, but his profile doesn't allow me to contact him.
I filed my I 485(Feb'2002) after my marriage, my wife is in India, Now I will get my I 485 approval at any time.
Please advice what are the procedure to apply my wife GC.
Do i need to apply I 824 for that. My Lawyer telling me that I dont need to apply I 824.
even if I apply it's going to take lot of time, because right now BCIS is processing I 824 for Feb'2002 . So if I apply now I have to wait another 16 months .
So guys could you please advice me, How it's work?
