I and my husband was arrested in child abuse case and we were released by signature bond. after 5 months my husband got DPA(deffered prosecution agreement) without any plea for 12 months and i got negligents handling burning material, it is Misdeamenor class A, during my sentencing judge ordered for 12 months probation and 5 months stayed and imposed jail term..
here my question is.
1. Misdemenor charges would affect me in getting EAD ( iam in L2 visa)
2. what are the things we have to care when we go for Visa Extension...
kindly advise me since this is the first visit to US.
