I filed my I-140 on a substitution labor. The previous application for which the labor was filed has bachelor degree + 8 years of experience. I have Masters degree + 4 years of experiece when the original labor was filed. I got an RFE to provide 8 years of experience in the form of Professional experience or related training.

Can I count my masters degree for anything like certain years of experience?

Please advice - Thanks

I think no...

I am not sure how the attorney did not see this glaring deficiency in the match when he/she filed ur. 140. USCIS will not allow the case unless you show 8 years and a bachelor. Masters cannot be considered as experience whereas reverse if true in some cases.

Now you can try with all trainings etc. that you got, the interships etc. and see if you have 8 years of experience after bachelors. If u were working in the college while doing masters you may try that too... but be prepared for a tough battle ahead.
