Hi,
I have filed 140/485 concurrent Processing in Mar 04 and my company is taken over by successor company. My h1b is transfered to successor company.

What should i do for my GC process ?? Should i inform to INS about this change now or should i wait for INS to reply on my case.
In case if i want to inform to INS what are the usual documents for this kind of situation ???

Pls share your advice ...

If it is aquisition - you do not have to start it again.

You may file amended 140, but you will loose your ND - talk to your lawyer about filing amendment to 140. It will include, financial papers, showing that the assets and liabilities are owned by new company now.
