hello all:
My 140 is approved under the outstanding researcher category last week. and i am filing for my 485 ina few days. But my boss is out of funds and wants me to look after myself.
Can i join another prof or department for postdocing or as a temporary lecturer within the same univ without risk to my 140 approval and 485 process. Would that change be considered a change of job for the 180 day clause to kick in.
Since the H1B and the 140 were approved in the name of the university, how much freedom do i have to move in the univ. one research/teaching job to another.
