I came to US on H1B in 2004. My employer stays in NJ. I worked in NJ till 2005. In January 2006, I have got a contract job in Florida and I moved to Florida and have been working in Florida till now.
Till now, I have not informed USCIS about my change of address from NJ to Florida. And I haven't filled in any AR-11 form and I didn't send any AR-11 form to USCIS indicating my change of address. It means according to USCIS, Iam still in NJ, but actually Iam in Florida now. All of my paystubs now are having Florida address.
One week back, I have already for the H1B extension.
Since, I have not informed the USCIS about my change of address to Florida from NJ, Is there any chance that USCIS might deny me the H1B extesion and refuse to give me the extended I-94?
