Hi,
My h1b petition and h1b visa got approved for 2006. I finished masters in computer science at university of toronto in dec 2005. Based on my employer request, before my h1b start date (oct 2005), I came to usa to apply for SIN and moved back to canada for defending my masters. I planned to come to usa in january 2006 but I got a job in canada with enough pay (almost equivalent to what I will get in USA at the current employer)in december 2005. Can I apply for h1b tranfer or a new h1b petition to change the employer in usa as I do not have any paystubs (but got my sin number)
