Hello friends,

Please advice me....I am B1 Visa holder from India with 10 years multiple entry.I stayed in US for 6 months and after that I didn't go back to India,Instead I am in Jamaica(West Indies) for 5 months,Now I am planning to visit US in this month....My question,Will this be a valid to re-enter to US with
out going back to India? Do I need to go back to India and come to US again?
Can I come to Us directly from jamaica? Please advice..its very urgent..please

It is perfectly fine to enter the U.S without going back to India. The question that they might ask is why are you visiting the U.S again in a short time after spending 6 months in your last trip and possibly what were you doing in West Indies for 5 months. For genuine business reasons it is ok. In general a visitor needs to spend more time in their home countries than in the U.S. If you don't spend a considerable amount of time in your home country, then it makes the demonstration of one's ties to their home countries difficult and possibly be classified as a potential immigrant.
