My friend is from Germany. Both of us filed I-485 in last Sept.
Since his country doesn\'t need PD, Does it mean he will get his GC ealier than people from China and India?
I have seen lots of postings telling that the inavalaibility of Visa numbers, Do those people from other countries have the same problem?
If not, they surely can get their GC much faster while we people are waiting. Am I right?
