If it did change when was it.
My PP was stamped in Detrout MI.
Which is a NSC jurisdiction.

it has been 1 month sincei did pp stamping in boston, my avm has not changed and off course i have not received the card.

AVM does change.

I did stamping on Apr 22nd on May 16th AVM was changed that "After approving your application we have ordered new cards......"
