Plastic Not Recd. POE - Boston, Chennai - CP

I did my CP in chennai and my POE was Boston, MA. It has been over 11 months now & I have not recd the card. Immig officer is asking me to write to Texas Service Center to find out the status. I don't know why it is Texas and not Vermont which is where my I140 was processed.

In a month's time, my stamping in passport expires. Do I need to get it restamped? Anybody in the same boat?

well my POE was Detroit & Chennai Consulate.
my DOE was 11/26/02 still I have not received my green card
my wife got the green card in December itself....
Do you know a number I can call to ask the status ...

Yes. And you should file an I-90. If it took so long already, something is most likely wrong.
