I have a question; On nov. 5 I was approved for AOS, on nov. 30 I received a welcome letter from the dep of homeland security telling we I will be receiving my plastic card within 3 weeks... of course I haven't received anything yet..
anybody with similar experience? just to have an idea on how long after the letter I should receive my card ( it came from vermont office )
