Hi,
I'm from Columbus, OH. I received my GC in June 2003. I haven't received my plastic card either. Can somebody tell me what the 1-800 no. for VSC is ? It's been a long time and i dont have their number. Couldn't find it on their website either.
It is automated now or do you get to talk to a customer service representative ?
Has anybody got their passport re-stamped at the Columbus, OH INS office ? If so, what all do you need ?

The wait could be a bit longer. At least here in California.

Currently, the CIS are still processing the FEB 2003 application. My application was submitted on APRIL 2003 of last year. Looks like they will not get to my application until this MAY of 2004. It seems that the new CIS is a lot slower because of the September 11th thing.

All Service Center (CSC, VSC, NSC, TSC) 800 numbers have been discontinued. Now there is a centralized 800 number and that is (800) 375-5283.
