Plastic Card returned to USCIS

Friends,
my pp was stamped on 07/27/04, at the time of stamping
I gave my new mailing address, but,
my plastic card went to my old address,
and for some reason USPS guys returned
those cards to USCIS - even though USPS has
my forwarding (new) address.

will someone please let me know what's my option now?

How did you come to know that your cards have been returned back to USCIS by USPS.....

As NEWMAN in one of the episode says .....

Jerry you know the secret with ZIP codes ......

They are menaingless .... (these USPS folks ....)

Write/fax your service center. Request to send the card to your new address.
