plastic card received, questions !!

Just received the cards for my wife and me today.

PD: 6/9/99
RD: 2/21/01
ND: 3/8/01
AD: 2/15/02
SRC-01-119-xxxxx
Passport stamped at Dallas local INS on 2/25/02, received card on 3/13/02.

I have 1 question for the people who got card recently.
    In the card, the photo was zoomed in (can see neck and shoulder) although we submitted the correct photo (not cut), is that normal ?

We got our stamping done: July 26th, 2001 in Seattle.
Service Center: NSC

Recieved Card: March 8th, 2002

This concludes the immigration process. It has been a wild ride with this immigration with lots of turbulences. I hope I will not take this flight again. Maybe in future it will be another flight called "naturalization".
