Please note that case was filed with VSC while I lived in Philadelphia but after FP I moved to Chicago.
After getting the GC stamped at INS Chicago, I sent a fedex to VSC with G731V informing them of my new Chicago address. All cards were correctly and quickly mailed to my new address.
