Plastic card question ?

I got my passport stamped in Houston on 9th december 2004.
LUD never got changed after my FP and i haven't received my card.
I called NSC twice but they say they cannot issue a ref on my case to TSC because my online status still shows they received my FP and processing of my 485 started.
what are my options ?

Waiting for physical card for alomost a year

Next week I will be going to Dallas office to get my I-551 stamp extended for another year.
