Plastic Card Processe after calling INS

FYI:
I did my stamping in San Jose on May 2nd week and didn't get the card for long time. Then after 2 months,I called the USCIS 800 number and waited for about 20mins and spoke to an officer.

She understood the delay and got all my details ,then within a week I got an email notification saying the processing started,etc....Today got an email saying the card order is procesed and should reach within 14 days...

I would sincerely appreciate if you could provide me the 800 number that you called, may be I can try my luck :)
