Plastic Card Problem

Hi, there.

My wife and I got the PP stamped in May and I already received the plastic card in August. But my wife
is still waiting. The message said that the card was ordered on August 15(mine was on August 13).

No idea what happen to hers card. Is any way to check if the card was lost in the mail or something
else??

I think that if there is a problem in the mail delivery process the cards are returned to the local office and they are kept there for a year. You may want to pay them a visit.

You mean the card will be returned to the local office (San Jose office) or CSC?? The sender of my card was CSC.
