Usually it will take several business day to receive the card.

anyone knows what the "category" on the card means, besides Name, A#, DOB, etc?

It is nothing but category of adjustment which you would see it in your approval notice also....For example if you had been approved under EB3 category they it would say E36 and for your spouse it would be E38
