Hi:
Both I and my spouse got email notifications of our cards being mailed on sept 27. A week from then, I received my card. My spouse never received his card. I waited 15 days and on oct 14 called up national customer service. They told me to wait a month and call back so they can start an enquiry. But they said, they need to wait a month before they can start the enquiry process. I am waiting till oct 28 to call back. The day after I called, my spouse got an email notification saying "Processing for your Alien Registration Card or Green Card has been completed.Your BCIS document will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.". And then today he received another email saying "On October 14, 2004, after approving your application, we ordered you a newcard. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready."
Anyone had similar experience? Should we call back again after 15 days as mentioned in the email? Any help or comments?
