Plastic Card Lost in Mail

Guys,

I made a move and in the process my wife\'s GC (Plastic Card) was lost.I have given a change of address to the post office,but somehow even after a long wait I haven\'t received my wife\'s card.I have received my card.
Did anybody go through a similar situation.If so please advice
 
Check the AVM.

If the post office returned it, The AVM might say that card was returned as undeliverable. If thats the case, call IIO and have them resend the card to your new address.

Otherwise call IIO and explain the situation and follow the process of getting replacement card. The procedure is described on the ins website. search for "replace green card" on google.com

Change of address.

Please note that the postal authorities DO NOT FORWARD correspondences from the INS to the new address. Your letter might have been returned to the sender (INS). Call IIO and fill out the change of address form, and then request for a replacement of the plastic card.
