Plastic Card from NSC

Waiting for the Plastic card. Stamping done during first week of November 04.
Any one in similar situation. Would like to hear from anyone who received their cards recently from NSC. How long did it take?

If it takes more than 60 days, then download and file form G-731 with your service centre by certified mail:

You might want to call the number, given in the welcome letter. I called after waiting and found out that it was returned due to incorrect address. They never seem to get it right. When I called the customer service, they took in my information, and voilà, the card arrived shortly after.

NSC is taking 7 to 10 months to send plastic card after passport stamping. Other service centers are faster compared to NSC. From plastic tracker, NSC seems to be processing plastic cards for passports stamped in July, August 2004.
