Question:where is the card sent ,to the address written on the immigration visa or to the address written at the time of petition on the petition form.
What happens if they are different.
Expereience at the POE.Newrak.
Officer told me that it will take 6-8 months for the card to come .at that time i did not realize to ask this question ,any experiences.

The card is sent to the address you specified in your P3. This very address is also copied to the Packet you get after your CP. If there is a change after this, then at POE you can correct it. In my case there was an error in my address. I got it changed at the POE. The inspector enters the address in the system at this point. The standard time is 6 months, but you should get it much sooner.
