Plasic card

Hi,
How much time it will take to get a plastic card after passport stamping(at SFO) .
Mine was stamped at SFO on May 13.
The problem is
My project will end on jun 15. I got another project in a different state.
Can I change the address at this point of time?
If so, will there be any problems?

Its taking between 12 - 16 Business days to receive it in HAND !! STAT's is for CA !!
