Planning to switch Employer after 180 days. AP Question?????

I want to know if this is possible. If I take up a new job with similar profile & salary:

Que 1: Does new employer has to do any processing of papers for GC?? (I am expecting my GC in another 3 mnths)

Que 2: I have multiple entry AP from current Company (already used one AP). If I switch to new company can I travel on previous company AP?

Que 3: Do we need a VISA to travel to Canada (EAD/AP folks)?
Last year I travelled to Canada on Visit VISA but then I was on H1.

No U can use EAD & 180 days portability rule until and unless U r going to have h1 b transfer.

AP is filed by U not by any company. It has nothing to do with job change. U can use the existing one

Yes need visa to travel to canada. Not advisable to travel now.
