Hi,
As I am stuck in the same old problem "background check pending", I am planning to sue USCIS as soon as 120 days are over.
As my interview was on April 18th it has been only 10 days into the wait but want to prepare paperwork and meet the concerned attorney before hand.
Questions:
1. What is the success rate of such lawsuit ?
2. Are there any special lawyers who handle such type of cases ?
3. Any recommendations for Lawyers in Boston area ?
4. Any Boston Federal court experience ?
