Planning to file Labor, Regular or RIR?

Hello Friends,

I have about about 3 years left until my H1B expires, and my employer finally thought its about time to file for my GC. I've been going through the latest developments in the LC processing and PERM, now I'm undecided whether to go for regular or RIR process or PERM.

Please let me know your opinions what I should be doing and why --
1. Regular processing
2. RIR
3. Wait for PERM

File LC in RIR and get in line for visa number. DOS is projecting PD to retrogress in Jan 2005.

You can always file another LC in future if scenario changes.
