I came to US on H1 and now i am on EAD (through my wife who is still on H1). I already completed my 6 years on H1 Visa. We are planning to apply for Canadian PR through her (she is still on H1). we would like to know while applying i have to provide i-485 copy to metion that i am on legal status, so should that be OK????????
I heard that usually if one has applied for both GC and PR, then Canadian imm. might not accept PR application.
please suggest what should i do?
If we apply only for my wife, after getting PR, Can she add me as a dependent while she is staying in US?
