Hi folks,
I have 485 pending in Nabrska with RD Oct 02. As per trend RFes are being issued Aug-oct 02 cases and approvals March-May02 cases. I have a job offer falling in Vermont centerand plan to move in next one or two months. Can anyone sugest best solution that 485 is done without transfer. I feel that if I move to new place Nabraska is going to transfer my case to Vermont and now one knows how long will it take and then in what que will I be? So Should I not joinn new job?
Any suggestion or experience on the topic will be helpful.
