It's me again...
My LPR fiance married me last Sept. 17, '05. He got back in TX last Oct. 1. He's planning to petition me before the end of this month as his spouse (of course), but I'm wondering if he petitioned me under the spousal category, can I still apply for a student visa? Plus, my uncle wants to sponsor me for the student visa.
Please tell me what to do.
