I have won the DV 2007. I am from Europe with case number <3000, so I hope I will have the interview appointment beetween Oct-Dec 2007. My questions are related to my future If I would be granted GC. I have the ongoing contract for 18 months which should expire Feb 2008.
1. If I would be approved with GC and enter the USA within 6 months to activate my GC, am I entitled to go back and finish my temporary contract, or I have to remain in USA for some period of time?
2. How long can I remain out of USA?
3. I have Affidavit of support, Offer of Employment and enough funds to live in USA, but I would like to finish my contract in Europe (very well paid
!).
What would be your advice?
