I didn't renew my AP since I didn't use my first AP. I thought I would have my I-485 approved once I need to travel. What a mistake. Now my grandma and another close relative is in critical condition. I need to travel soon. I read Happy22 suggested that Newark office give AP. I am planning to go there to apply AP. Can some one tell me if that can be done since I am living in MA? Great appreciate any feedback. Also should I contact congressman or senator for my case since my RD is 3/2002? Any insight?
