Place of birth Spelled wrongly in Passport

Place of birth in my Passport is spelled wrongly (it is not exactly same as in my Birth Certificate, but almost similar). Will this create any issue while processing my 485?

No, It will not create any issue. INS will always go by your birth certificate.
