I have seen somwhere in the forum that we can go for 3 years of H1-B extension when we have approved I-140 and I-485 is pending because of retrogession .My 140 is approved and 485 pending my 7th year h1-b is expiring in Nov I talked to my lawyer he told me that 3 years h1-b extension is complicated so he wants to file for one year extension only did any body got 3 years of H1-B extension pl let me know..
