Pl help!!!! about Charlotte local INS

EB2, India, ND:12/06/99, RD:12/15/99, Vermont Service center, Case transferred to Local INS, Charlotte last week. Reason:FP rejected twice due to FP unclassified. Your help is really appreciated! Any Idea How long Interview take after case transfer!!!!! Iam really frustated with this process!!!!

My I-485 filed in Texas Service center last May(5,2000)EB1. A few days ago, My case was transferred to Houston INS office. The transferred receipt showed that was for speeding processing. I was very confused. Why was my case transferred? what did it mean? The transfer is good or bad? Do you meet same suitation or any suggestion?
