Pl Advise travel on AP

Hi,

My Wife and son planing to travelduring June to India using Advance Payroll which is valid until Sep 2002. I need clarifiations on following questions.
1. I heard that You can not stay more than 2 months in abroad using AP . Is it true?
2. If dependents are out side US, is I-485 process is going to dealy?. If I get my approvel when they are in India, can they enter US with existed AP?
3. what are the documents need to have while traveling other than AP, Since Their visas are expired and staying in US on Adjustment of Status.

AP travel

1. No. As long as the AP is valid, you should be allright.
2. Yes. They will be able to enter the United States using a valid AP. Once here, they should be able to complete the rest of the formalities.
3. The passport and AP should be all that they need.
