I am currently on my h1b. I am comtempalting on switchng to another employer who is offering a permanent job.
The new employer does not seem to be very familir with the h1b process. They mentioned that I can talk to their attorney.
They also say that Perm. processing is not necessay. But I am pushing for it.
When I talk to their attorney, What questions should I ask to ensure that they dont mess up? Can some one explain what this company & its lawers have to do to get my h1b transfer done.
I just want to be aware of the full process when I talk to their attorney. I also what some pointer on how I can convince them for Prem processing.
