Pkapur and others with no waiver...

Is it true that people who didn't get their interview waived (PKapur etc) have to resubmit their forms based on the new point system as well as appear for an English proficiency test ?

I understand that this issue must have been discussed before, but I can't seem to find any thread to it. Basically I wanted to know for a cousin of mine who is in a similiar situation. Both of us had applied at the same time but my interview was waived whereas her interview was not..

My interview hasn't been waived, but they haven't asked any new forms to be submitted as of today.

I hope they don't do that.

A cousin of mine with a similiar timeline to PKapur didn't get a waiver initially. Her papers were transferred to New York and she had to resubmit her forms in August. Sometime in November, however she did get a letter saying that her interview was waived and all she has to do is submit her medical, finger print and pay the ROLF.
