PK -3 created / sent

On Cptracker there is seperate colum for Pack 3 created and mailed.

1]Do you get these sepearate messages from NVC ?

2] If no then how do people know these sep dates?

3] Generally how long it takes to get Pck 3 in USA once NVC post message : waiting for info from lawyer.

2. If the date on the pkt. recd. (USPS stamp) is different then date on phone mesg.
3. 1-2 weeks.
