I knew that some people got EAD last month at local office.
Today I heard that they stopped walk-ins to get EAD. What about AP ?

How long it is taking to get EAD from VSC now a days If I apply today?

Is any one got EAD or AP recently?

i got mine in december but

a friend of mine got it in middle of feb. EAD and AP both EAD you get the same day if you go before 2 pm. they dont accept after 2 as they close at 3 pm

I got mine on the 21st Of Feb 2002 ( Last week) There was no mention of Stopping this Practice.
You can call INS at Forbes Avenue Office and check

EAD

Just take the Chech for 120 Dollars ( It has been revised from 19th of Feb) and a Copy of your I485 Receipt. NO PHOTOS.
You will be Photographed there abd issued your Plastic card in 5 Minutes.
Get there by 9.30 there is not much of a crowd and Processing is pretty fast.
