Pittsburg state labor

My employer is starting a new LC for me with Pittsburg, PA. Wondering how long it takes for EB2 RIR to clear the state labor. Anyone got approval recently?

I applied on Dec 5th 2002 and moved to Philly DOL on June 5th 2003 which means 6months to move to DOL. Not bad huh!!

Thanks for the reply. I checked the DOL website (http://www.ows.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp). Both RIR and Non-RIR state labor priority dates are in July 2002 as of 06/2003. Is it not updated?

Yes they are not updated. Even I was surprised to know this.

Do you know how long it takes for Philadelphia DOL approval(approx)? Are they rejecting any RIR cases or remanding to state?
