I am in the process of applying for PIO card for me and my
family. We fall in the New York jurisdiction.
I would appreciate if someone could answer my following simple
questions
1. Me and my wife have been in U.S for 10 years and
we were Indian citizens before taking up U.S citizenship.
a) Do I need to fill our parents' info on line 14? They are
Indian citizens and live in India.
b) If I fill my parents' info, what proof do I need to submit
for their residence? Their passport copies? Do I have to
notarize them?
2. For Kids applications, do I need to send their original birth certificates
if I am sending their U.S. passports?
