Few months back I decided to move back to India, Currently I am in India and planning to Stay in India itself.
My daughter is holding PIO card and US passport. As per PIO card rules If my daughter is staying more than 180 days I need to register it with FRRO.
Has anyone done the same ? I have few questions and will appreciate your reply for the same.
Q1 …. Do I need to get this registration done every 6 months or only once ?
Q2 …. Now I will be in India only, What I need to do sothat my daughter should not lose US citizenship ?
Q3 …. Someone mentioned my daughter needs to travel to US within 5 yrs otherwise she may lose US citizenship, is this true ?
Q4 …. If I need to get Indian citizenship for my daughter what is the process ? Do I need to wait till she becomes 18 yrs.
