For PIO application:
1. In case of a minor, is right thumb impression required or the left thumb?
2. We have copies of the first 3 and last 3 pages of our passports but cannot get them notarized as the passports have been relinquished (since my wife and I turned US citizens). Can we submit the copies without notarization?
3. planning to personally drop the application to CGI. save some time.
