My daughter (4 months) is a US Citizen. Both my wife and me are Indian citizens. We want to apply for PIO for my daughter and i have the following questions.
1. Do they need our passports notarized or would just a photocopy do?
2. Does the birth certificate need to be notarized as well? I don't thing anyone will notarized a birth certificate?
3. How long does it take at the houston indian consulate to get the PIO?
