Hi,
My foreign wife already posses Tourist visa till 16th December 2010. My question is can I apply for her PIO card before visa expires OR only after it expires?
The reason I am asking this is because we are planning to go to India in January 2011. IF i apply it after 16th December I am sure we wont get PIO in hand before our flying date.
Please reply as Houston Consulate is not replying from email/phone from past one month.
